Recruitment Consultant – Oil & Gas

As part of this clients growth and development plans in Australia, they are looking to secure the services of an experienced recruitment consultant experienced in the Oil and Gas sector to work in the Perth office.  This role will involve working alongside our existing recruitment team and developing networks and relationships in candidate short markets. You will be building new relationships with some of the worlds largest Oil and Gas Operating Companies,Contractors, Consultancies and Service Providers, and providing them with talent they are unable to source through their own methods. There will also be expectations to identify new business opportunities and develop new business relationships by cold calling, reverse marketing and following up both warm and cold sales leads.

Requirements

• 2 years external oil & gas recruitment experience

• Permanent or dual desk recruitment experience

• A solid understanding of the 360 recruitment process

• Proven results in business development

• Demonstrated self motivation and target driven attitude

• Personable and credible phone demeanor
