Refer a Friend

Referrals are a big part of our business and we always welcome candidates that have worked with us in the past referring on new talent to us.

For recommending a friend to us, we would like to say thank you.  We pride ourselves on offering sound career advice, so you can feel confident that your friend will be in good hands.  We offer $500 for trainees looking to break into the industry and $700 for experienced recruitment consultants and $1,000 for experienced manager and above. A successful referral is, someone;

  • Who is not already in communication with Intercruit
  • Who is successfully placed by Intercruit and who has successfully passed the specified probationary period (see terms and conditions below)
  • Where the client has paid their invoice

Terms and Conditions

To be eligible for the  (“the Fee”) the following conditions must be satisfied:

  1. The candidate referred by the Referrer (“Candidate”) must be successfully placed in a permanent employment position by Intercruit.
  2. The Candidate must pass their probation period.
  3. Any information provided by both the Candidate and the Referrer must not be false. If either the Candidate or the Referrer have provided any information that is false in any respect then Intercruit is not liable to pay the Fee.
  4. The Referrer and the Candidate warrant and agree that any information they have provided is true and correct to the best of their knowledge and belief. Please note that this payment should be declared in your annual income tax return. We recommend that the Referrer seek the advice of the appropriate taxation specialist.
  5. If the referred candidate is previously known and registered on Intercruit’s database, then Intercruit is not liable to pay the fee.
