Meet the Team

Clare has been in Recruitment/HR for more than 20 years. Originally from the UK, Clare’s qualifications as a chef led her to join the Hospitality Recruitment Industry in London. Clare then moved to Australia where she worked for Hays in Perth for 13 years as a Business Director. Hays is a multi-national recruitment company.

Clare specialised in all temp/contract recruitment within the Banking/Finance, Insurance, Contact Centres, Insurance and Healthcare sectors. She demonstrated credible results to both clients and candidates building a strong reputation within the Perth recruitment market. She holds a strong track record in winning many tenders with national and international organisations.

Clare demonstrates and maintains outstanding customer service and is very driven to achieve results for both her candidates and clients.

Her current career – Clare is now the Director at Intercruit (Rec2Rec) since 2015 – Intercruit was established in 2003. Clare specialises in placing recruitment specialists into recruitment roles in the Recruitment to Recruitment, sector within Perth, WA, Nationally and Internationally. Clare focuses in all industries & across all sectors and recruits positions from Graduates, Recruitment Consultants, Managers up to State Manager level.
