Melbourne , Sydney and Brisbane – Seeking Recruitment Consultants -Transport Experience

The main objective is to build market share in Brisbane
with a strong focus on securing and then building long term business
partnerships with both SMEs and large scale operators.

As the business grows, so will the team, and it is anticipated
that headcount will increase significantly over the next 6 months (based upon
the model in other states).

The Role

• To identify and secure new Transport & Logistics clients
  within Brisbane, Melbourne and Brisbane area

• Developing strong relationships with key
  organisations resulting in ongoing/repeat business

• Full 360 responsibility for recruitment (with
  support)

• Recruiting, training and managing a team as
  business levels increase

• Day to day responsibility for running an office
  (with support)

The Person

• Minimum of 3 years agency recruitment experience
  – blue collar sector preferred

• Excellent BD skills

• Demonstrable success in winning new business

• Consistent billing record

• Local knowledge

• Strong commercial awareness

• Line management experience an advantage
