The role will suit an experienced IT Recruiter who is a ready-made manager/biller to run the division, or an experienced Senior Consultant who is looking for a career path into management in the near future.

The Role

• Line Management of existing team

• Training and Mentoring of team – helping them achieve their full potential

• Development of team – growth is projected and retention will be key to continued success

• Search, Selection and Recruitment of new staff

• Development of ongoing business strategies

• Overseeing maintenance of key accounts

• Business development – identifying and converting prospect clients

• Reporting – maintaining clear communication with Director

The Person

• 360 IT Recruitment experience is a must

• Exposure to mentoring or team leadership in a recruitment setting

• Desire to enable others to achieve

• Capacity to motivate and inspire others

• Excellent communication skills

• Confident presenting to Senior hiring managers

• Strong negotiating skills

• Good reporting skills
