With established contacts in Australia and Asia this organisation is looking to appoint a key Researcher to assist the Search Consultant to deliver a first-class service to their clients. Based in Perth in fantastic serviced offices in the CBD you will be involved in the early stages of the search assignments which may also include conducting consulting assignments such as salary surveys and talent mapping projects.
The Person will require knowledge and experience in the Recruitment Industry ideally working with Oil & Gas or Mining professionals – Graduate applications will also be considered from candidates with at least 1-2 years’ experience.
You will need to carry a high degree of responsibility as you will be the “face” of this organisation in the region. Your professionalism, ethics and values will be second to none and you will possess outstanding Administration skills.
You will be required to travel to the UK for training and induction.
