Confident in your abilities at Senior and Technical level you will comfortable discussing relevant projects, recruitment needs and the Engineering "climate" in WA.

There will be plenty of support on hand from the directors when and if, you need it balanced with the autonomy and trust of senior staff.

The Role 

• Developing existing business
• Support directors at board level client meetings
• Develop candidate database - market mapping
• Define and undertake search campaigns
• Secure and place candidates for Engineering (and related) roles
• Manage web site
• Review and adapt current process / proceedures
• Build a recruitment team

The Person

•  Strong recruitment background (white collar/professional/technical)
• Previous management experience an advantage
• Confident and knowledgeable in the Engineering sector
• Able to create and roll out policy and process
• Self motivated and disciplined
• Ability to retain focus
• Good sense of fun
