The Role

• Developing strong business relationships with existing Clients
• Securing new business  
• Selection and Recruitment of Engineering and Technical Candidates
• Management and Development of current Team
• Recruitment of new Consultants as the business grows
• Input into business direction/growth

The Person

• Must have a minimum of 5 years white collar Recruitment exposure
• Experience in Mining/Oil & Gas/Construction an advantage
• Motivated and focussed
• Passionate about service and delivery
• Good mentoring/training skills
• Team player
