Whilst the main part of this role will be about managing the current accounts and maintaining strong professional relationships with existing clients, there is scope to build on the current desk. So for those of you who love the challenge business development there will be scope to flex your sales muscles.

However, if you are more of an Account Manager, you can sidestep the cold sales completely and concentrate on building long term relationships with this organisation's ever growing client base.

The Role

  • Account Management of existing key clients
  • Management of existing Candidate pool
  • Recruitment and Selection of HR and Recruitment Professionals (temp and perm)
  • Working closely with colleagues across other business areas

The Person

  • 3 + years white collar recruitment experience   
  • Any exposure to HR an advantage 
  • Service focussed
  • Outcomes driven
  • Team player
